Bed Head Moisture Maniac

Okay so today I'm going to my third review on Bed head shampoos and conditioners. As you can see in the picture, I'll be doing the Moisture Maniac line.

This has to be my favorite smell out of the whole Bed Head brand. It's a nice refreshing scent of a piña colada, which really wakes me up in the morning. I've honestly never smelled a shampoo and conditioner like this before, which is what attracted me to it in the first place.

The consistency of the shampoo is a lot like the others, it's gooey and thick. It doesn't lather well, but I have recently learned that it doesn't effect your hair at all (thanks Anthony :]). A little goes a long way with this shampoo, I only use about a quarter size and it spreads throughout my whole hair. The conditioner is AMAZING. It is the only moisturizing conditioner I have ever used that spreads well in my hair. A little goes a long way with this as well because it seems to expand when it hits your hair. I know that sounds weird but it actually does. I feel like I put more on than I really did, which also makes it last for awhile! (I actually just checked and found that it might actually have a compressed formula, like most of Rusk's conditioners)

The packaging is a really pretty color of orange. They have pumps which is very handy. That's about all I can say about the packaging lol.

The shampoo makes my hair feel extremely clean. I actually use this shampoo to clarify my hair when it feels greasy. The shampoo itself doesn't seem to give any moisture to your hair, which I believe is to prevent your hair from being greasy after the conditioner. The conditioner is very moisturizing (surprise!). I'm not too sure what else I can say about it. It does what it says it will do, brings moisture back to your hair!

The price, just like the others, is around $20-25 dollars a piece on average. You can get them much cheaper though by buying them in a pack together in hair salons. Oops, I forgot to mention this, but in case you haven't read the other Bed Head reviews, I'm talking about the 25.36 oz. size bottles.

I do recommend this line of products. But you must keep in mind, that the shampoo itself will not moisturize your hair very well and in order to get a positive result, it should be paired with the conditioner! :)
